New Life Prenatal Care Services will stilled enrollments for new clients, however instead of the enrollments being face to face, they will be conducted via telephone.
We are still following up with existing clients monthly via phone. Resources will be given via email. Any material items will be dropped of on porch. Additional paperwork may need to be signed after the Covid 19 stay home order is lifted
At this time the office will be closed due to the Stay Home order. We want to ensure our clients are safe during this pandemic and will not add any additional risks.
All items will be left on porch at scheduled time with each member. No paperwork has to be signed during this time. We will not be entering the home.
Once the COVID 19 Pandemic ends, we will most certain resume normal operations. We will come into homes for visits, Our office will be open for follow up visits, enrollments, and walk ins. To ensure that you receive the best possible care for you and your newborn baby, our team will stay in close contact with you after your birth to provide support, additional resources, health and nutritional counseling,, promote breastfeeding, and answer any questions you may have. All of these services can be provided to you in the comfort of your home. Our goal is to stay connected with you for a healthy development.
Care Coordinators are the professional representatives that come into your home to provide services to you. They will do your enrollment and follow up with you each month to make sure you are receiving the quality care you need.
Our health and nutrition counselors will assist members with a low or high BMI. Making sure that mother and baby are indeed getting the proper nutrients to promote a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Our qualified professionals are our experts. Your Care Coordinator will wok with them to ensure we provide to you the best resources based on your needs.
